At the heart of my service is a commitment to ensuring you feel nurtured—both physically and emotionally. Together, we’ll establish a regular rhythm of connection, allowing us to truly engage in meaningful conversations about where you are that day and how I can best support you.
Guidance and Support: I’m here to guide you through postpartum preparation, baby care, and your own healing journey. As we navigate this new experience together, you’ll have the information and support you need to feel empowered and confident in your role as a parent.
Rest and Recharge: Need a moment to breathe? I can hold your little one while you take a soak in the tub, savour some sleep, or simply enjoy a little time for yourself. Your wellbeing is paramount, and I’m here to facilitate that.
Massage Therapy: Allow yourself the gift of relaxation and rejuvenation with a soothing hot stone massage, designed to help stress, tension, aches, and pains melt away, facilitating your healing and recovery journey. Your body is a temple, and deserves the utmost care and attention during this transformative time.
Movement and Breathwork: I offer gentle movement and breathwork practices designed to support your body as it recovers from birth. Together, we’ll explore exercises that alleviate postpartum aches and discomfort while helping to regulate your nervous system. This mindful approach will ground you in your body, helping you feel centred as you navigate the emotional and physical challenges of new motherhood.
Nourishing Comfort: Visits may include delicious, wholesome food and snacks made in your home, keeping you energised through the days and long nights. Your wellbeing is my priority, and I believe that nourishing your body is an essential part of the postpartum journey.
Household Help: Whether it’s changing your sheets, tidying up, or playing with your other kids while you have a quiet moment with your babe, I’m ready to step in and lend a hand wherever you need it. You deserve this time to focus on your healing and your connection with your little one.

Supportive Foundations Package
The Supportive Foundations Package is designed to provide you with the nurturing and individualised care you deserve during this transformative time.
Over the course of 8 visits—2 prenatal and 6 postpartum—you and I will cultivate a supportive connection that recognises the unique emotional and physical shifts you experience. Together, we'll create a rhythm of engagement that allows for meaningful conversations about your needs and aspirations, ensuring you feel fully supported.
Each visit will include guidance and support as you navigate this new experience, moments for rest where I hold your baby while you recharge, and household assistance to make your days smoother.
Our time together may also include nourishing food made in your home to fuel your body and feed your family, gentle movement and breathwork practices tailored to your emotional and physical wellbeing, or hot stone massage helping alleviate any postpartum discomfort while fostering a sense of calm and connection.
With the Supportive Foundations Package, you’re not just nurturing your baby, you’re also tending to the incredible woman you are becoming, perhaps for the second or third time. I will support you and your family to navigate this journey, embracing the growth, healing, and joy that comes with parenthood.

Short and Sweet Support Session
The Short and Sweet Support Session is a nurturing 3-hour visit to your home, where we’ll connect before my arrival to discover how I can best serve you in that moment.
During our time together, you can expect compassionate guidance and support and opportunities for you to rest and recharge. Depending on your needs, we may also explore gentle movement and breathwork practices to help you feel grounded, a hot stone massage designed to help stress, tension, aches and pains melt away, or cook a nourishing meal and snacks prepared right in your kitchen.
I'm here to listen and chat about whatever is on your mind, providing a sense of respite while I ensure your home feels tidy and comfortable. Plus, I’ll be available by text for a full week afterward, offering ongoing support as you navigate your postpartum journey.
