“Consciously connecting to the cycles of life may influence our health and wellbeing, the relationships that we hold dear, the communities that we contribute to, and our relationship with nature. I passionately support women in honouring the natural rhythms which influence their wellbeing.”

about julia (she/her)

Julia began practicing yoga as an aid for reducing stress and anxiety. Through these explorations, she felt compelled to delve deeper; to find more of the equilibrated state of being she experienced, by inviting yogic practices and teachings into her daily life.

Yoga has greatly supported Julia throughout her two pregnancies and into motherhood. This, along with her experience as a school teacher, energises a great passion for holding space for pregnant women and new mamas, guiding them towards the benefits of yoga, and empowering them to trust their bodies and innate capabilities.

The power of a supportive community is at the core of Julia’s beliefs, particularly as an educator.

She encourages collaboration, co-learning and the building of strong interpersonal connections in serving both individual and collective wellbeing.

Julia’s evolving practice and life experiences has led to a greater desire to pursue further training in women-centred yoga, to live more harmoniously with the various cycles influencing our existence.
